An Alternative Photographic Processes Workshop
Saturday 23rd August, 1pm – 4pm
This workshop will explore some of the main ‘alternative process’ techniques that feature within the Invisible Light Exhibition at The Museum. Techniques will include making your own Solargraph camera, creating Lumen Photograms and a few cyanotype techniques.
This is the last workshop for the exhibition and will celebrate these wonderful techniques and show how quickly you can get good at many of them.
No prior knowledge is needed as everything will be demonstrated and explained in a straightforward way. Some of the things we use for Lumens and cyanotypes may stain clothing and shoes so please avoid wearing anything precious!
Suitable for ages 16+
Admission is free, but donations to help with material costs are welcome and appreciated.
